Dr Dony Mathew is a Cape Town-based ophthalmologist practising in Bellville, focused on helping you better understand your vision and take informed next steps for your eye health.
He completed his medical degree at Stellenbosch University with distinctions, graduating as the top student in Ophthalmology. He continued his training in Kimberley before returning to Stellenbosch University, where he completed his specialist qualification as well as a Master of Medicine (MMed), which he passed cum laude.
His research has been published in the British Journal of Ophthalmology, contributing to one of the largest studies of its kind.
